International Data Transfers

Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA are provided by Google LLC, which is located in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Our consent management system (Trustwards) is based in Spain (EU), so consent data is not transferred internationally.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain client and case information for as long as needed to handle your claim and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Cookie consent records: 10 years (to demonstrate compliance and address potential claims within legal limitation periods).

Security logs and technical records: 12 months.

Analytics data: until consent is withdrawn or according to the analytics tool retention settings.

Your Rights

If you are in Canada, you have rights under PIPEDA in relation to your personal information, including the right to access your personal information and the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your information and have it amended as appropriate.

You may also withdraw consent where we rely on consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out, but it may affect our ability to provide certain features (for example, analytics) or to respond in the way you request.
